Good fragrance that smells quality. Good Sillage as well.
This is such a beautiful interpretation of Lira. I have a decant of the original, and this is really close. It has a bright citrus opening, a slight spicy middle, and this sweet soft musky dry down. I hate the licorice note in the original, but I don't pick it up here. The projection is perfect and I find myself sniffing at my wrists all day. This is also great sprayed on clothing and hair. Lovely.
I have purchased MANY HK Perfumes, and am so pleased with most of them. Sadly, this was a big miss for me. The notes of Le Labo's fragrance are: Pear, Apple, Citrus With Ambrette, Moss, Amyl Salicylate, and Jasmine. With a base of molecules like Iso E Super. I just don't get ANY of the top or middle notes from the HK version. All I get is a flat rubber-like smell, from top to bottom. No change with the dry down. I opened the full bottle before the sample, so I can't return. Super disappointing.

Smells nothing like carmina
I collect fragrances and I have to say this is the closest Aventus clone that I own. It's like club de nuit but with the harsh opening problem fixed...very pleased with this one and performance was solid as well. 9.3/10
